Lead 1 and take part in 2 other SMSC discussions

OR

Find out about a local charity and present your findings to your form

Active

Take part in a regular sports club (this can be inside or outside of school)

A minimum of 10 sessions of 1 hour (20 x 30 minute sessions)

OR

Complete the couch to 5k

Teamwork

Work with others on 8 occasions

OR

Work as a form together to organise an event or an assembly or charity event over a period of 4 weeks.
