Take part in a creative lunchtime or after school club

Help others for 2 hours. This can be in small chunks of 10 minutes or larger slots of 30 minutes or an hour at a time.

Raise awareness of a charity by creating a poster.

Communication

Create a report about an event you have taken part in at school.

Present your report to your form.

OR

Take part in the interform speaking competition

OR 

Write a review about a book on Oliver the school library system

Curiosity

Find out about something that interests you and present your findings to your form or a class.

Use the “All about me” Bingo grid to find out about the people in your form group (Y7)

OR

Go to the library and borrow a non-fiction book and tell a member of staff about what you have learnt.

Courage

Work with others on 4 different occasions. All examples must be different 

OR

Take part in a regular sports club (this can be inside or outside school)

A minimum of 5 sessions of 1 hour (or 10 x 30-minute sessions)

OR

Complete the weekly mile in school for the whole year

OR

Try three new sports at Bude
